Strict "No Refund" Policy on Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital products (PDF Guides, Templates, Source Code), we do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are buying a digital license, not a physical good.
• You waive your right to a refund for "change of mind."

Exceptions: If the file is technically defective or corrupt, please contact support immediately for a replacement file.

We respect your privacy. We are not in the business of selling data.

What we collect: When you purchase a product, we collect your email address and name solely to deliver the files and send product updates.

Payment Security: All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card information.

We provide the infrastructure and strategy, but we cannot guarantee your financial results. Your success depends on your execution, market conditions, and effort. We do not offer professional legal or accounting advice.

Grant of License: By purchasing a product from DigiPurple Innovations, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes.

• You CAN: Use the AI Lead Tool to generate leads for your business. Use the Faceless Kit to create posts for your social media accounts. Modify the code or templates to suit your branding.
• You CANNOT: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source files, templates, or download links with any third party. You may not claim the intellectual property rights as your own.
